📬 What Happens After You Send Feedback

  1. Your feedback is automatically saved in our internal database.

  2. The Syra development team reviews all submissions weekly.

  3. If your idea is approved for development, it’s added to the Coming Soon roadmap.

⚙️ Troubleshooting Before Submitting

Before reporting an issue, please check the Troubleshooting Guide. It covers:

  • Bot connection problems

  • API or workflow errors

  • Missing signal data

  • Invalid command messages

If you’ve confirmed it’s not one of these issues, please include:

  • The command you ran (/signal bitcoin)

  • The approximate time of the issue

  • A screenshot (if applicable)


🧠 Best Practices for Useful Feedback

✅ Be specific — describe what happened and what you expected. ✅ Include examples or screenshots if possible. ✅ Mention your Telegram username (optional) for follow-up. ✅ Avoid duplicates — check /soon to see if your idea is already planned.

  • Every feedback entry is reviewed manually.

  • Due to volume, individual responses may not be sent.

  • High-priority or recurring suggestions are prioritized first.

  • Bug fixes are typically patched in the next release cycle.
